Please join people of faith from across the San Joaquin Valley on February 27, 2024, at 7:00 AM for the Fresno-Clovis Prayer Breakfast. Hosted at the Fresno Convention Center Exhibit Hall, this community tradition celebrates our blessings as a community and upholds our public officials in prayer as they carry out their duties.

Enjoy this amazing time of faith-enriching conversations, delicious food, and most of all powerful prayer to positively impact the Central Valley. Come and unite with others as we recommit ourselves to God and ask Him to move in our cities and lives today.

This local event began humbly in the 1940s when five businessmen started meeting at a Divisadero Street restaurant for prayer and fellowship. Christians of all backgrounds and elements from the Fresno and Clovis communities are represented as the meeting has grown to become one of our valley’s largest annual community gatherings. The Fresno-Clovis Prayer Breakfast has spanned the terms of many Fresno and Clovis mayors.

During the 1970s tenure of Mayor Ted C. Wills, the name was changed from the Fresno Community Prayer Breakfast to the Fresno Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast. During the mid-1990s term of Mayor Jim Patterson, the name was changed to the Fresno-Clovis Prayer Breakfast when the community of Clovis was invited to participate.

Over the years the keynote speakers have come from a wide variety of experiences-pastors, public servants, sports figures, judges, community leaders, and community activists.

A special invitation is extended to businesses or organizations who wish to be an EVENT SPONSOR. The Event Sponsorship cost is $2,000.00 and includes recognition on the program and at the event, a reserved block of 10 premium seats, and a meet-and-greet with the speakers.
